We often choose pre-packaged convenience foods (chips, coffee, carbonated drinks, fried foods) we call negative nutrition.
Our poor diets, environmental toxins such as pollution in the air, pesticides, and herbicides sprayed on our produce, hormones injected into the meat we eat, and a variety of chemicals in the water we drink and breathe in all create havoc on our health. Our body’s protective response to toxins is to create a bubble around the toxins to coat and dilute them. The more toxins the more fat we accumulate.
